e-pill MeDose Vibrating Watch – up to 6 Alarms reminders – Unisex design

This watch has allowed me to be prompt with my six times a day pill taking. This compliance helps me stay “steady” all day. In the past I either forgot or was late or couldn’t remember if I had taken my meds. I am really pleased with the watch that vibrates on my wrist and doesn’t announce to the rest of the world that it is “time to take your pill.”
By the way, it also tells me the day of the week and month–very useful when retired!

I got this watch thinking it would be great for me to travel overseas and use as a pill reminder. The watch is like a man’s watch. I could barely feel the vibration on my wrist and I am very sensitive to the touch. The audible alarm is no louder than my current women’s Timex Expedition which is definitely much more attractive. I don’t look forward to spending the time and money to ship it back. I suppose for some, it works in some situations.

e-pill MeDose Vibrating Watch – up to 6 Alarms reminders – Unisex design
The alarms in the watch are great. I use the vibration mode and it gets my attention every time. My only suggetion would be to offer it with a velcro type of band in additon to the buckle type.

The watch is very easy to set and the vibration is easily felt. My husband takes medication 4 times a day, and this watch quitely reminds him of the time without interrupting classes/the movies. It’s not the pretiest watch, but it’s better looking that the other multiple alarm watches in this price range.

I purchased the e-pill MeDose Vibrating Watch – up to 6 Alarms reminders – Unisex design in order to remind me when to eat. I’m hypoglycemic and need to eat every two to three hours in order to keep my blood sugar elevated. My job is very immersive and I have a tendency to lose track of time. I also work in a noisy environment so a silent alarm is a must. For my purposes, it works perfectly, but there are a few features on this product that could use some improvement.
(Another note, I’m 26 and in the music industry where image is extremely important, I cant walk around with a huge robot on my arm designed for the elderly – this watch looks great, and in no way says “medical equipment.”)
The first thing you must remember after purchasing this watch is to keep the set up instructions. It comes with an easy to follow 4 page manual that tells you everything you need to know, except that you can switch functions for each alarm. (T1 and T2 mean “type” 1 and 2) If the “T” symbol is next to the symbol of the type of alarm you wish to have, then you are good. This might save you some trial and error.
The Silent alarm feature is very diliberate and noticeable when you are awake, but for those trying to use this to wake from a snooze without disturbing others, it might be a little weak. I have napped through it several times, but I am a pretty heavy sleeper.
The night light is very good (looks like indiglo from timex). 3 seconds is a little short though. I find myself hitting the button a few times to get the info I need. Also the buttons are only labeled A, B, C, and D with no indication of which does what, but that doesn’t take more than a day or two to adjust to. What’s interesting is when the silent alarm(vibrate) feature is activated, the watch gives haptic feedback (little vibrations)when you hit a button. This can be convenient for set up.
The display is good, especially in conjunction with the nightlight. Along with the time it displays the day of the week as well as the day of the month – great if you are as absent minded as I am. I make regular deposits at banks for my business and this saves me a lot of looking around. The timer functions are excellent as well. You have several types including countdown with silent alarm(great for exercise and cooking – you don’t have to keep your eye on the clock or stay near the kitchen timer) and a stopwatch function.
I recommend this product for anyone who has a tendency to get a little too involved in life to take care of themselves. I know it has helped me develop and maintain healthier habits. All in all a really good product.
